A world famous cross-media illustrator and artist, Alice Chan has successfully drawn the world’s attention to the unique creative style and concept of her ‘ASTERIA’ brand since its debut. Today, Alice’s international clientele encompasses Italy, Japan, the US, France, UK, Germany, Finland, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
ASTERIA stands for a shining star-shaped diamond that expresses the idea of warmth, kindness, hope and wishes. Notably, these positive qualities and messages are beaming through the sparkling eyes of the main character Asteria, highlighted by her unique 360-degree eyelashes. Alice wants those who get in touch with Asteria to also feel warm and happy, and realise their dreams some day.
Alice launched her first exhibition in Tokyo in 2000. Her popularity exploded overnight and she was invited to participate in a series of local and worldwide exhibitions, either in person or as a co-exhibitor. Since then, Alice has contributed to many large-scale creative projects, collaborating with key global brands including The Peninsula, Fendi, Sportmax (Max Mara), Anna Sui, Colette, Shiseido, Coca Cola, the 2008 Olympic games and Galeries Lafayette.
