HK DESIGN FORCE

Sharon Cheung is a former advertising professional turned fashion accessory designer. She founded her own brand MIDOTI in 2014. Her products combine the visual aesthetics of minimalism with delicate and ethereal design touches. Sharon’s design concept expresses her observations and inspirations by linking the dots between the stories around her. Her brand aims to share a different way of thinking, attitude and experience through her unique designs and concepts. Her designs feature her own invented structures and knotting skills, as well as the special application of German weaving technology SOFT METAL materials.

In 2015, Sharon was chosen as one of “THE NEXT 100 CREATORS;” the only nominee from Hong Kong. She was also invited to showcase her signature “KNOT LOTS collection” at “TOKYO DESIGN WEEK”.
