Application for Membership

1.	You are required to present the valid identity document for verification upon membership application.
2.	The purchase amount for your membership application will be converted to bonus points after the membership is activated.
3.	Your membership will be activated after 7 working days upon application.

Member Discount

4.	Discount applies to regular priced products only. It is not applicable to any fixed-price or discounted items.
5.	Please present your valid identity document for verification to enjoy the 15% birthday discount.
6.	The "birthday double bonus points" offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus point reward arrangement.

Membership Usage and Bonus Points

7.	All privileges and the bonus points reward program are applicable to the Design Gallery shops in Hong Kong only, they are not applicable to Design Gallery Chinese Mainland shops or online shops.
8.	Cents in your purchase will not be counted. For example, if the actual price payable after discount is HKD89.60, 89 bonus points will be earned.
9.	Bonus points are calculated based on your actual net purchase. For transaction with the usage of gift vouchers or cash coupons, their face values will not be included in the bonus points calculation, only the balance of that transaction will be counted.
10.	Newly earned bonus points take 3 working days to be credited to your account, and they are available for redemption of discount voucher, admission tickets and products only when they are successfully updated in your account.
11.	Bonus points for all members expire on 31st December of the next year of the issuing date. All unused balance will be forfeited after that day.
12.	The membership and bonus points are non-transferrable. If abuse or misuse is found, HKTDC Design Gallery reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership, and forfeit all bonus points in the account.
13.	For certain bonus points rewards which require member to redeem in person, member is required to present the valid identity document for verification upon bonus point reward redemption.
14.	All discount vouchers, admission tickets or products redeemed under the bonus point reward program cannot be exchanged for cash, and shall be redeemed subject to such terms and conditions may prescribe.
15.	The HKTDC Design Gallery is not responsible for any loss, damaged or stolen discount vouchers, admission tickets or products under the bonus point reward program.
16.	All admission tickets and products are on first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.

General

17.	The purchase and bonus point records of the HKTDC Design Gallery shall prevail.
18.	The HKTDC Design Gallery reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without any notice.
19.	The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version.
20.	In case of any disputes, the decision of the HKTDC Design Gallery shall be final.
